2. Services Provided

TTechIT offers on-site and remote IT support services including computer repair, virus removal, data recovery, network setup, hardware upgrades, and technology consulting. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations within the greater Vancouver, WA area.

3. Service Fees & Payment

• All service fees will be quoted prior to work beginning.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be discussed upfront.

4. Data Backup & Liability

While TTechIT takes every precaution to protect your data, we strongly recommend maintaining regular backups. TTechIT is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair or service process. Customers are responsible for backing up important files before service begins.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

TTechIT stands behind the quality of our work. Labor performed is covered by a 30-day warranty. Hardware and software warranties are subject to the manufacturer or publisher terms. If an issue related to our service reoccurs within the warranty period, we will address it at no additional labor charge.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TTechIT website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TTechIT and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TTechIT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
